Project Description：This project provided a complete supporting fan solution for a newly-constructed continuous rubber extrusion and vulcanization production line of a high-end rubber manufacturer. This type of high-end automatic rubber production line has extremely stringent requirements for equipment operation stability, temperature control accuracy, reliability during 24-hour continuous operation, low failure rates, and equipment adaptability. To address the industry challenges associated with the original supporting fans, such as high temperature deformation, unstable airflow rate and air pressure, rapid bearing wear, uneven hot air circulation inside the furnace and poor corrosion resistance, we tailored and supplied centrifugal fans and high-temperature plug fans based on the special operating conditions of the production line. The solution fully covers the requirements for process hot air circulation, equipment heat dissipation, process exhaust gas extraction and workshop ventilation of the production line. At present, all equipment has been installed and commissioned, and the entire production line has been put into stable operation.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the temperature difference among the furnace temperature zones decreased from the original ±8℃ to within ±2℃; the furnace chamber temperature uniformity improved by more than 75%; the defect rate of finished rubber products decreased from 4.2% to 1.1%, reducing scrap by hundreds of products per month and substantially lowering raw material losses and rework costs. The vulcanization process time per batch was shortened by 8%-12%, effectively increasing the overall production capacity of the line.
