Project Description：This was a production line supporting project for a large-scale intelligent NEV manufacturing base in Indonesia, Southeast Asia. The base was planned to feature fully automated production lines covering stamping, welding, coating, battery, and final assembly, aimed at the localized mass production of new energy vehicles in Southeast Asia. We customized and supplied special high-temperature and centrifugal fans for the high-temperature drying section and heat treatment section of the coating line. The full batch of equipment was completed simultaneously from design and manufacturing to export by sea, on-site installation, commissioning, and delivery. The production line is now operating stably at full capacity, marking a landmark project for the deployment of domestically manufactured high-temperature and ventilation equipment in the new energy vehicle manufacturing sector in Southeast Asia.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the equipment's overall operational stability rate exceeded 99.8%, and the yield rate of the vehicle painting process rose by 3.2%, helping the base meet high-quality mass production standards. Thanks to the custom-designed structure with high corrosion resistance and high temperature tolerance, the average annual maintenance frequency was reduced by 60%, greatly cutting labor costs for maintenance and spare parts replacement; the annual operation and maintenance expenses per production line decreased by about 28%. The project provided important support for cost reduction and efficiency improvement at the overseas base.
